AWFUL EXPERIENCE. No existing customer service !!! Email them and only received automated messages.
They claimed they sent my order, then claimed I didn’t receive it because the city was missing. It wasn’t. Everything was written and correct. They claimed they will resend it, a few minutes later I get another email saying that one part of my order is missing because it’s not longer in stock. Now let’s use logic, order was already sent but suddenly the other item is no longer in stock after resending, so what was sent in the first place ? After few days they claimed the order was delivered. I have not received anything. They have been lying from the beginning . They are greedy for money and can’t even keep up with the service. AWFUL experience. AWFUL customer service. AWFUL delivery service.

I used to really like this brand! But their service has gone to hell. Made a large purchase from their website that has never gotten to me- I know it has been lost by Evri and they won't refund me or send a new parcel out. I'm never shopping with them again and hoping my bank can help with the dispute!

Set up online account and ordered on 3rd Sept. Now 10 days later and still no idea when item will arrive. According to website I have not purchased anything although account debited, and automated customer service claims my item awaiting dispatch. Why do they even bother when they’re obviously incompetent at online sales. Shop elsewhere.

Please delete this brand. Bad quality. Doesn't fit like in model photo. I wanted to order swimsuits and i was in checkout and then they removed it from the website as a whole. I hate mango. THIS BRAND IS SO BAD. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

What a joke this transaction was! I bought 3 items 7 weeks ago and it has not been dispatched yet. I’ve contact them numerous times but my order is not receiving any attention and no response about the reason for the delay has been received.

I made a purchase of a Really Nice Pants Suit. Unfortunately t Pants we're a size too large so I Returned them to be Exchanged for a smaller size. I received an email from Customer service saying they received my Pants and a Refund would be made to my card. Needless to say I never Received the Pants or the Refund!! I accessed my online account and I saw where my Pants were received back to them in July 2020!! I was Furious. I tried reaching Customer service via online with No Respond back. This purchase was made in June 2022! Well unfortunately I will Never shop with them again and I have made sure that my family and Friends don't either. Unacceptable from such a Large Company.

Delivery to the shop takes an unreasonably long time, and then they sent me the wrong item. Really poor experience.

The absolute worst. They sent my order to the wrong address and basically told me that I needed to sort it out myself. I have called them at least ten times and no solution. When I do fill out forms to complain, they respond days later informing me that they will not be doing anything about it.
So much unnecessary stress for an overpriced jacket.

Stylish clothes at reasonable prices in store. Online - hopeless! Evri can’t deliver and give incorrect updates on their system. Have had to ask for a refund, and will never shop at Mango again, as they have done nothing to sort out Evri. Hopefully they will refund me quickly- I’ll let you know! UPDATE - refund received - well done! Shame about the dress…
